Brian was born in Oregon and raised in Albany. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland, a masters degree from Lund University in Sweden, and a law degree from the University of Oregon.
While growing up in Albany and during college, Brian worked summers at local grass seed farms. After completing his masters, Brian worked as a purchasing manager for two international companies in Sweden, and while in law school, he served as a law clerk at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon where he was Articles Editor for the Oregon Review of International Law.
Prior to founding Turner Uhlemann PC, Brian managed the Portland offices of Macey & Aleman, a nationwide consumer bankruptcy law firm, where he represented hundreds of clients in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Brian is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon and the Federal District of Oregon and has filed well over a thousand cases in the federal bankruptcy courts.
